**For the current Boat Owner in need of selling their Boat**, we offer a 90 Day exclusive listing agreement, we maintain the boat and perform all water tests/sea trials, assist with the negotiation of the sales price, perform the closing, provide closing documents and our fee is a percentage of the sales price. The percentage fee is based on the sales price and value of the boat, ranging from 10% to 15%. Your boat is valued at the current market value and a selling price is discussed in detail as the first step.

**Our Pre Owned Boat Inventory is kept in clean and operating shape**, our boats are ready to show at any time. We welcome boats to be surveyed by SAMS Certified Surveyors and we allow Certified Marine Technicians to perform check outs on our boats. We are always available to accommodate Buyers’ needs and questions within reason.
