Local fast growing agency is seeking a sales representative with some marine industry knowledge and work experience. This position would be based from our Ft. Lauderdale area location.

We are looking for a person who has interest in establishing themselves in the highly competitive recreational boating market. This is a startup position ideal for a younger person with long term growth aspirations, our selection should have some experience in our industry, be familiar with boats and have a desire to learn about a multiple line of products.

**Our selection should have:**

Great communication skills with a strong customer service mentality

Be computer literate with MS Office experience a must

Ability and willingness to travel out of area at times

Some experience in developing accounts and a sales territory preferred

Must be self-motivated, comprehend urgency and be professional

Have the ability to build relationships

Familiarity with boats and mechanical components

BA minimum preferred but not necessary with combination of experience
