1 lbs seafood (scallops, crab, and shrimp)
2 slices of hard toasted bread
1 med. onion
2 to 3 table spoons of chopped parsley
1/2 green pepper
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 stick of butter
1 table spoon of mayo
1 stalk of celery
3 tablespoons of Worcestershire
3 tablespoons of datil vinegar / 1egg
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder shaked on top
pepperidge farm herb dressing
paprika sprinkled on top
How to prepare:
Saute onions, green peppers, celery, and butter. Next, add a small amount of water (about 1/4 cup) and parsley….
Add seafood and 2 slices of hard toasted brad crushed **along with all the other ingredients.**
Once all is saute add to a baking dish and top with the herb pepperidge farm dressing, then dot with a small amount of butter and sprinkle paprika on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes.
