Established in 2001 by Mark Semper. Semper Speed and Marine was originally in the business of designing and building some of the worlds most powerful Supercharged Marine Engines. This included the engines built for the wining boat of the 2004 Bridge to Bridge Competition in Sacramento, Ca. This lead to a cover feature in the December 2004 issues of PowerBoat Magazine.
