Each **Boggy Creek Skiff** is custom built, one at a time, to fit the needs and usage of its owner. It is our goal to build quality custom boat at a competitive price that will stand the test of time. Whether you need an open deck tiller model or a tricked out center or side console, the choice is yours as are items such as hull and interior color, interior layout and engine make. All interior structures such as consoles, casting decks, livewells and storage compartments are laminated as one part, nothing is “screwed ” into the boat. Only high grade hardware and material are used during fabrication and rigging. All hulls are solid fiberglass and all decks , transoms and structures are composite cored. There is no wood used in the construction process. Every ounce of fiberglass and resin is hand laid to assure quality and consistency. We do not use any chop during any stage of construction. We are a small company in Jacksonville, FL, manufacturing custom boats, one at a time. We use the highest quality materials and build the traditional way — hand-laid fiberglass.

The owners are Dick DeWiggins, (813) 494-5699, and Don Walton, (904) 707-0952, both from St. Augustine, FL. Dick lives on a sportfishing boat in St. Augustine and part-time in Fernandina Beach, FL, along with his wife,
Claudia, and two hunting dogs. Don is a long-time resident of the area.

Both Don and Dick are fishermen and boaters. Terry Phillips,
a 40+year veteran in fiberglass technology, is a regular contributor.
